Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
Standard Shipping for domestic Orders: $3.99 flat rate, estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
International Orders: $7.99 flat rate, estimated delivery within 10-15 business days.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $40.
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Return & Refund Policy
Eligible Returns: We accept returns on items that are unused and in the same condition that you received them, within 30 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
